When you fill in the request form, the site collects what you type: usually your name, contact details, address or town, and a short note about your roof. That request is stored with the site's hosting provider so it can be passed on. It is then sent to one independent local roofing contractor and nowhere else. Stored requests are deleted automatically after 90 days.

The site does not sell personal data, and it does not rent it out or trade it. It does not ask for or collect sensitive data such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, health details or insurance policy numbers. Please leave those out of the form.

The site lists no phone number, so there are no phone calls to record or track. Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep basic technical logs, such as browser type and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.

Once your request reaches the roofer, that company handles your details under its own practices. Ask the roofer about them when it contacts you.
